Mellow and reflective compositions with improvisations. Recorded in one day in June 2016, in a windowless room in Glasgow. It features contributions from a variety of friends and colleagues: Mike Vass, Conal McDonagh, Fergus McCreadie, David Bowden, Neil Paton, Liam Shortall, Tom Clay-Harris, Lewis Banks, James Steele, Euan Taylor and Graham Costello.
